WHAT THE PAGE NEEDS TO DO

Make the work clear before listing every service.

A useful electrician website starts with the type of customer and work the business wants. Residential, commercial and specialist services can be organised without turning the homepage into a directory.

  1. 01

    Lead with the business focus

Make residential, commercial or specialist work clear early so visitors can recognise a fit.

  2. 02

    Group related services

Use plain categories and useful explanations instead of a giant keyword list that nobody wants to read.

  3. 03

    Put credentials where they matter

Display supplied licences, accreditations and insurance information near the relevant service or enquiry.

  4. 04

    Make the next step practical

Use tap-to-call and a quote form that asks what the electrician needs to know before responding.

A PRACTICAL STARTING STRUCTURE

A five-page electrician website, mapped out.

The exact structure follows the work you want. The point is to give each page a job, not to create pages merely to repeat keywords.

  1. PAGE 1

    Home

Business focus, service area and primary call or quote action.

  2. PAGE 2

    Electrical services

Services grouped around the work genuinely offered.

  3. PAGE 3

    Priority work

Residential, commercial or a specialist theme chosen for its commercial importance.

  4. PAGE 4

    About and projects

Qualifications, team information and approved examples of completed work.

  5. PAGE 5

    Contact

Service area, availability and useful quote information.

THE ENQUIRY PATH

Show the qualifications. Do not make the customer hunt for them.

Electrical customers look for signs that the business is credible and appropriate for the job. Those signs should be specific, supplied by the business and placed near the services they support.

YOUR FIRST HOMEPAGE DIRECTION

What your first homepage direction needs from you.

A short conversation is enough to start. We turn the facts into a clear first direction and send it back for correction before the full build.

THE STANDARD WEBSITE BUILD

What the $99 plan includes.

The build costs $1,188 + GST, split across 12 monthly payments. Complex applications, ecommerce and specialist integrations are quoted separately.

THE OWNERSHIP BIT, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Twelve payments. Then it is yours.

Pay $99 + GST a month. The first payment starts when the approved website goes live.

  1. 01
    Months 1–11

Cancel and future payments stop. The website comes down and stays with SMB Sites.

  2. 02
    Want it sooner?

Pay the unpaid build balance and take the website files.

  3. 03
    Payment 12

Ownership transfers. No more build payments.

  4. 04
    After that

Take the files or choose a separately priced hosting and care plan.

Cancel anytime means you do not owe the remaining instalments. It does not mean you keep an unpaid website.

Straight answers.

Useful detail before you decide whether to ask for a homepage.

Can the site cover residential and commercial electrical work?

Yes. We can separate the two clearly when both are genuine parts of the business. If one is the priority, the site should say so rather than giving every service equal weight.

Should every electrical service get its own page?

No. Closely related services can share a useful page. A separate page is worthwhile only when the service is commercially important and there is enough original information to help the customer.

Will you add our licence and accreditation details?

Yes, using the exact information you provide and approve. We do not add generic licence, insurance or emergency-service claims.

Do I need professional project photos?

They help, but they are not required to see a first direction. We can begin with the material you have and identify where stronger original photography would improve the finished site.

When do I own the website?

After the twelfth paid monthly instalment. If you want the files earlier, you can pay the remaining build balance and take ownership then.
