Yes. The first $99 + GST payment starts when you approve the finished website and it goes live.
Can I cancel before 12 months?
Yes. Future payments stop and there is no exit fee or remaining build balance. The website is taken offline and the files stay with SMB Sites.
When do I own the website?
After the twelfth paid monthly instalment. If you want it sooner, pay the remaining build balance and the files are yours.
What happens after month 12?
The build payment ends. Take the files and host them elsewhere, or choose a separate SMB Sites hosting and care plan. That plan and price will be shown before you approve the build.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. Tell us what you do, who you help and where you work. We will draft the words and send them to you for approval.
Will the website guarantee more leads?
No. A website alone can’t guarantee leads. It can make it easier for customers to understand the business, trust it and get in touch.
